In order to meet the increasing legitimate expectations of students and staff for better, faster and more effective service ,Grievance Redressal Committee was formed. Grievance means a formal complaint that includes any kind of discontent or dissatisfaction or negative perception, whether expressed or not, arising out of anything connected.
- To develop an organizational framework to resolve Grievances of Students and staff
- To provide the Students and staffs to access immediate, hassle free recourse to have theirGrievances redressed
- The institute expects that the Grievance Redressal to be time bound and result oriented.
- To ensure that the views of each grievant and respondent are respected and that any party to agrievance is neither discriminated against nor victimized.

Our College has an Anti-Drug Cell formed in 2021-22 to ensure a DRUG FREECAMPUS where students and other staff are fully aware of the necessity to stay away from abuse of drugs. A safe and healthy environment is mandatory for the proper grooming of students. To ensure such a milieu for the students, an Anti-Drug Committee functions in the college with a committed vision and mission.
- The committee was formed with the main intend to enable the students to extendtheir awareness on harmful effects of drug usage and its impact on human brain.
- To implement effective measures to prevent abuse and dependence onharmful drugs (e.g., alcohol, nicotine, cocaine, opiates) inside the campus and hostel.
- To spread awareness to ensure a drug / substance free campus.
- Motivate students to become volunteers of anti-drug activities in their life.
- Ensure zero sale of drugs or alcohol in college premises.

The College has built a structured mechanism to monitor ragging related issues and meet out the most stringent punishment to the wrong-doers. Most areas of our academic block, hostels and mess are under constant camera surveillance. College level Anti-Ragging Committee was formed to oversee and enforce the anti-ragging regulations in letter and spirit. Students can read the Anti Ragging Policy followed by the College and take their pledge against Anti Ragging.
- The Anti Ragging Committee will consider the matter, investigate and take immediate action as perthe situation.
- To prohibit ragging within or outside the college campus.
- To educate the students on the ill-effects of ragging and the consequences, including legal consequencesof indulging in ragging.
- To generate an atmosphere of discipline by sending a clear message that no act of ragging shall betolerated and any act of ragging is punishable.

Internal Complaints Committee in our college which started in 2021 has been conducting events to inquire and eradicate sexual harassment of students in the college premises.
- To spread awareness and inculcate the students to stay safe and secure.
- To receive and redress complaints of sexual harassment.
- Empowered to initiate the inquiry on the complaint filed against sexual harassment.
- To uphold the commitment of the Institute to provide an environment free of gender baseddiscrimination.
- To create and ensure a safe environment that is free of sexual harassment, including safety frompersons/visitors coming into contact at the campus.
- The mechanism for registering complaints should be safe, accessible, and sensitive.
