Founder and Chairman Dr. S.N.R. Venkatesalunaidu, is a diligent businessman, an outstanding leader, a vigorous reader, a friend, a caring husband, and a loveable father. He was a kind, benevolent, and generous man. He was admired for his gentle manners and simplicity. His experience and achievements speak volumes for themselves.
He was a visionary leader under whom the S.N.R. Sons Charitable Trust was founded and along with it a number of educational institutions were built to provide quality education to the poor and downtrodden.
He had valued two things most in his life, one being education and another hard work. He firmly believed that both education and arduous work are inseparable, and one should possess both to be successful in life. He envisioned social change through education. His contribution to society through education was well-received and recognized. In 1990, Bharathiar University conferred on him an Honorary Doctorate and he was also awarded the “Seva Ratna”.
He envisioned that education should transform lives, and to realize his dream he established our college in the temple city of Karamadai. His profound knowledge of educational institutions has placed our college on the map of renowned colleges in India.
As a passionate reader himself, he was constantly updated to keep up with worldly insights. He was always on his toes to learn new things because of his curious nature. His presence at the college campus has left the students and teachers in pursuit of the treasure of wisdom. As we admittedly follow his core beliefs, have adopted imparting knowledge through quality teaching, research, and scholarly activities. Students are provided with both academic and technical skills in order to gain knowledge, values, attitudes, and skills for their overall development in addition to academics.
